Unlimited Bundle
This plan includes unlimited minutes to UK mobiles and landlines (starting 01, 02, 03), and unlimited standard UK texts. We charge all standard UK calls in your call allowance (including voicemail) by the second.
Using your phone abroad
Take your UK price plan with you to Europe for just £3 a day (inc. VAT) with EuroTraveller. We’ll take the minutes, texts and internet you use from your monthly allowance – and only charge you on the days you use it.
Internet
You’ll get a monthly allowance of internet for use in the UK. Use it to browse your favourite websites, check the news, read and reply to emails, watch YouTube clips and lots more.
If you go over your allowance a lot, you can add more internet to your plan with one of our extras.
What if I go over my allowance or my allowance doesn’t include internet calls?
The extra costs section breaks down the costs of calling if you go over your monthly allowance, or if your plan allowance doesn’t include any of the services listed. These charges are subject to a one minute minimum call charge and then charged by the second. Charges are shown by the minute.

Ending your plan
If you decide to end your plan, you’ll still need to pay the one months notice period of line rental.
What if you go over your plan allowance?
You’ll only pay extra if you go over your monthly plan allowance, or if you use a service which isn’t included in your plan. We’ve listed what you’ll pay for each service by the minute HERE.
KEEP YOUR NUMBER
All you need to move your number is:
the mobile number you want to keep
the Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) if you’re joining us from another network. Your old network provider will have given you this, and it’s valid for 30 days
